Terms of Service.
Short. Plain. Binding.
1. Parties
The SEO Audit tool is operated by Zay Revenue Group LLC ("ZRG," a Florida LLC). By running an audit, setting up monitoring, or creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
2. What the tool does
Runs automated SEO + performance audits on URLs you submit — using Google PageSpeed data, on-page HTML parsing, and an AI-generated narrative. Free tier lets you run limited audits. Paid tier unlocks deeper audits, monthly monitoring, and exports.
3. Pricing + billing
Per-audit pricing and monthly monitoring fees are posted on /pricing. All charges are in USD, exclusive of taxes. We can change prices with 30 days notice — your existing monitors keep their current price for the remainder of their billing cycle.
4. Refunds
One-time audits: no refund once the audit has run (the vendor compute is non-recoverable). Monthly monitoring: cancel anytime from My Audits → Account; we pro-rate any unused days.
5. Acceptable use
- Only audit URLs you own or have legitimate business reason to audit (client consent, public-interest research).
- No bulk-scraping competitor sites at industrial scale.
- No bypassing rate limits or auth.
- No using the tool to probe for vulnerabilities on systems you don't own.
6. Audit accuracy + AI disclosure
Audits are informational. Scores depend on third-party APIs (Google PageSpeed) that change over time — a re-audit of the same page next week can score differently. The AI narrative summarizes findings; verify critical claims before acting on them. The tool is not a substitute for a human SEO consultant.
7. Account + security
You're responsible for your password. 2FA recommended. Report breaches to security@zayrev.com.
8. Disclaimers + liability
The tool is provided "as is." No warranty. Liability capped at what you paid ZRG in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Termination
Delete your account at /data-deletion. We can suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
10. Governing law
Florida law, Broward County courts. Local consumer protection still applies where it's stronger.
