Our actual practices
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Subprocessors (Google PageSpeed, Anthropic, Square, Resend, Fly.io, Postgres) only process data to deliver the audit — they can't use it for their own purposes. Details in our Privacy Policy.
Submit an opt-out anyway
California (CCPA §1798.120), Florida (FDBR §501.712), and every other state law gives you the right to submit this request whether or not we sell. Email privacy@zayrev.com with subject "Do Not Sell Opt-Out — SEO Audit" and the email on your account. We confirm within 10 business days and flag your email permanently.
Global Privacy Control (GPC)
If your browser sends Sec-GPC: 1, we treat that as an opt-out signal automatically.
Authorized agents
Signed permission letter + redacted ID → privacy@zayrev.com.
No retaliation
Your pricing, service, and feature access don't change because you exercised a privacy right. Law + ethics.
Escalation
If we don't respond in 30 days, escalate to the California Privacy Protection Agency or your state attorney general. Florida: Department of Legal Affairs, Consumer Protection Division.
