Delete your data.

Two ways. Either works. 30-day SLA.

Option 1 — In your account

  1. Sign in at /login.
  2. Go to My Audits → Account → Delete account.
  3. Confirm. Soft-deleted immediately. Hard-delete within 30 days.

Option 2 — Email

From the email on your account, send to privacy@zayrev.com with subject "Delete my data — SEO Audit." We confirm within 30 days.

What gets deleted

  • Account record (email, name, password hash).
  • All audit history (past scores, screenshots, AI narratives).
  • Monitoring subscriptions — we cancel and pro-rate any unused days.
  • Session tokens + passkeys.

What we keep (by law)

  • Purchase + tax records: up to 7 years.
  • Fraud/abuse flags tied to an email: indefinitely.
  • Security logs: 12 months.

CCPA / CPRA / FDBR / GDPR

Same form handles all four frameworks. No retaliation. No fee unless the request is repetitive or manifestly unfounded. 30-day SLA.

Authorized agent

Submit on your behalf with signed permission + redacted ID to privacy@zayrev.com.
