Who we are
The SEO Audit tool (seoaudit.zayrev.com) is operated by Zay Revenue Group LLC ("ZRG") — a South Florida marketing agency. Contact hello@zayrev.com · 321-666-1102.
What we collect
Account: email, password hash, name, creation timestamp.
Audit data: URLs you submit, the rendered screenshots, PageSpeed scores, SEO scores, and the AI-generated audit narrative. We keep historical audit results so your monitoring dashboard can show trend lines.
Monitoring subscriptions: if you set up monthly re-audits, we store your notification email + the URL + cadence.
Technical: IP, user-agent, request timestamps (30-day retention). Auth events: 12 months.
Cookies: session + 2FA trusted-device. Optional GA4 only on consent.
How we use it
To run the audit, store your history, email you the monthly monitoring report, and bill you for paid audits. We don't sell or rent data. Your audit results are private to your account — we don't share them with competitors or third parties.
Subprocessors
- Google PageSpeed Insights — receives the target URL only. Global.
- Puppeteer (Fly.io-hosted) — renders the page server-side for screenshots. URL only. US.
- Anthropic (Claude) — generates the audit narrative from the PageSpeed JSON + a summary of on-page findings. Not used for training. US.
- Square — payments when you upgrade or subscribe. US.
- Resend — transactional + monitoring-report email. US/EU.
- Fly.io + PostgreSQL — hosting + primary database. US.
Third-party URLs you submit
When you audit a URL you don't own, we fetch its public HTML + run PageSpeed on it. We don't attempt to access anything behind authentication. You are responsible for ensuring you have a legitimate business reason to audit the URL.
Your rights
CA (CCPA/CPRA): access, delete, correct, opt-out of sale/share. We don't sell — see Do Not Sell.
FL (FDBR): access, delete, correct, opt-out of targeted ads.
EU/UK (GDPR): access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection.

Retention + security
Active account data: kept while active. Audit history: kept indefinitely so you can see trend lines (deletable on request). Auth audit: 12 months. Server logs: 30 days. Tax records: up to 7 years. Bcrypt cost 12, JWT over HTTPS, managed Postgres encrypted at rest.
Children
B2B tool. Not intended for under-18. We don't knowingly collect children's data.
